CEO & Co-Founder
Tahir Jahangir is the CEO & Co-Founder of Jobup.pk, He has 15+ years of experience in IT, HR, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Development & Scaling, Franchising & Business Operations. He has a master’s degree in human resources management & Organizational Psychology.
COO & Co-Founder
Haseeb Najam is the COO and Co-Founder of Jobup.pk. He has 15+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship and he has worked with top B2B and B2C firms in the world. He has an MBA in Marketing.
Board of Directors
Aziz Ullah has eight years of experience in learning and organization development, training and facilitation, entrepreneurship ecosystem, business development, and public speaking; working with non-profit, for-profit, SME’s, Academic institutions and public sector organizations. While leading his own organization, working with national and international organizations and being part of global communities, his experience and contributions have impacted young people, entrepreneurs, professionals and organizations in Pakistan, United States of America, Republic of Turkey and Kenya. Aziz Ullah helps organizations design strategies and programs for their greater impact, and facilitates learning programs nationally and internationally for corporate, non- profits, academia and youth to enrich their leadership values, organizational impact, team performance, and productivity.
In his professional career, he has designed and delivered more than multiple learning and development programs have worked with more than 40 organizations and have executed more than 200 learning programs, summits, and projects with/for partner organizations. He recently worked as an Organizational Development Fellow at The Resolution Project Inc. New York USA. He is currently serving as a Co-Founder and Director L & OD at the Center for Awareness Training and Development. He is passionate about working in the field of learning and organization development, training and facilitation, entrepreneurship ecosystem, growth and impact strategies, and business development. He is a graduate of MBA (HR), B.Sc Civil Engineering and a Certified Trainer.
Freeha Ihsan is social leader who is passionate for women empowerment, diversity and inclusion, leadership and development through capacity building, financial inclusion and professional development. She has 8 years of progressing experience, working with women on various international, USAID and social impact projects for empowerment and building capacities for growth and sustainability of communities. She has volunteered with different organization to serve community on ground.
Syed Aman Ali is an Atlas Corps fellow, United States of America (U.S.), a yearlong residential leadership development program for mid-career social change agents, and an International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) fellow Switzerland, largest evaluation community of the world.
Mr. Aman represented his country as a delegate in evaluation conferences in Egypt, Greece, Mexico, Uganda, and Thailand, to name few. In his decade long international and national experience in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), he led teams to transform programs and projects in different organizations including government, international development, and management consulting. He served at key positions for different projects supported by donors including, USG, USAID, World Bank, ADB, GFATM, and federal and provincial governments.
As a service to community, Aman established Pakistan Evaluation Association (PEA) as a co-founder, and he is an active member of various regional and international evaluation associations. He is currently based in Yangon, Myanmar as an international expert with WorldFish, a subsidiary of CGIAR, where he is Lead of M&E and Communications for a USAID funded project. He enjoys travelling, reading books, and love conversations with people from different backgrounds.
Muhammad Abdullah is a social change leader and He is passionate about Youth and Women Empowerment and Skills Development. He has served at BronxWorks, New York. He has an MBA and a Bachelors in Law with over eight years of experience in public and private sector including working for bi/multi-lateral organizations (USAID & GIZ) and provincial government in Pakistan (Punjab). His core competencies include business development, communication for social change, implementation & coordination, monitoring & evaluation of projects, training & development, procurement, outreach & linkages for stakeholder engagement, and assuring quality. He has built and can maintain professional relationships between the governmental and private sector organizations through strategic partnerships. Abdullah is an energetic, ambitious individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any tasks undertaken. He can organize people and systems to achieve goals & objectives and is used to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. He is agile in his working style and can adapt to any changes in the organization and management structure fluidly.
Ehsan Gul co-founded Green Box, a youth-led national think tank aiming to help create routine attitudes, values, and actions for sustainable development. He now serves as a volunteer with the organization providing strategic support. A 2018 Atlas Corps Fellow, Ehsan has a master’s degree in Sustainability (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management) from the University of Nottingham, UK. He has a wide range of professional experience in the development sector with organizations including UNESCO, Punjab Public Health Agency, and the International Youth Foundation, where he worked on the Social Innovation team to develop and launch new programs to engage young people around the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Currently, Ehsan is the Head of Experimentation for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan.
